The time of the samurai is coming to an uncertain end. Rumors and treachery abound. The ancient Daimyo Takeshi assassinated in The First Castle. His younger son Hidetsugu seeks to usurp the throne from his estranged older brother Jiro, the rightful heir. Far from these political machinations, young Hiroyuki–exiled as a child by his father Hidestsugu–trains tirelessly in his Uncle Jiro’s secluded dojo, hoping one day he can return home.

When news of his grandfather’s murder reaches Hiro, he’s torn between loyalty and honor. The Shogun himself has declared Uncle Jiro guilty. Hiro’s father Hidetsugu is now Daimyo, and he alone commands the Army of One-Thousand. They’ll march against Uncle Jiro if they must, slaughtering everyone in the old man’s dojo along the way, unless…. Hiro faces a terrible ultimatum: he can kill the old man himself and his exile will be over. That, or he and the old man can face down the Army of One-Thousand together. The choice is yours.

Created from scratch by a small team of dedicated developers, everything from the start menu to the daimyo’s castle was hand-drawn, all the scripts were coded and dialog written by us. That means every asset, every song, every line of dialog was created exclusively for this game.
